Apprenticeship is a real relationship — not a program. It requires presence, honesty, and commitment from both parties.
Direction
The Seeker brings questions. The Guide brings experience. Both bring willingness to serve the community's growth.
Documentation
Mentorship hours and milestones are logged to the contribution ledger as permanent record.
Advancement
Consistent mentorship — both giving and receiving — is required to advance through the Apprentice and Adept tiers.
