We, the Living Moors — divine descendants of the ancient and original peoples of the Earth, known to many as the Asiatic, Aboriginal, and Indigenous nations — do hereby unite in sacred covenant to restore Peace, Power, and Prosperity to our lands, our lineage, and our law.
With the full authority of our ancestral inheritance, spiritual birthright, and natural dominion under divine law, we come not in hostility, but in remembrance. Not to wage war, but to redeem the sacred trust given to us by the Most High and our Earth Mother. Not to dismantle, but to re-establish the law of honor where fiction once stood.
Let it be known that the Moorish Empire rises — not in secret, nor in silence, but with scrolls in hand and divine fire in heart. We rise to reclaim our names, our nations, our natural resources, and our sacred responsibilities.

Article I — Declaration of Peace
This Treaty stands as an everlasting banner of Peace. We extend our hands in non-aggression and universal amnesty to all peoples, nations, and spiritual tribes. Our mission is to disarm oppression through wisdom, and to reclaim territory through lawful presence, cultivation, and righteous stewardship.
Peace is our position. It is the cornerstone of our diplomacy, the language of our scrolls, and the vibration of our offerings. We hereby give lawful notice to all agencies, corporations, and commercial powers: we do not consent to war, occupation, or psychological warfare upon our people, our land, or our divine identity.
Article II — Declaration of Power
We proclaim our Power — not in the domination of others, but in the Suvʼeran self-governance of our nations, temples, and households.
This power is rooted in divine law, carried forth through trust and scroll, and protected through sacred ritual, family unity, and decentralized organization. We shall build our future upon the foundation of:
- Barter and Energy-exchange
- Private Member Associations (PMAs)
- Unincorporated Moorish Trusts
- Sacred Commerce under Natural Law
- DAO systems that reflect tribal wisdom and digital autonomy
Our power is collective. Our strength is eternal. Our voice is law.
Article III — Declaration of Prosperity
Prosperity shall no longer be monopolized by corporations nor manipulated through fiat systems of control. We reclaim the economy as a sacred circle of exchange, where wealth reflects wisdom and offerings reflect value.
- Mint our own tokens and sacred currencies
- Establish Trust Temples and Sacred Vaults
- Promote youth-led wellness, agriculture, and financial mastery
- Reject all unlawful taxation, usury, and enslavement by debt
The inheritance of the Earth is not for sale — it is for stewardship.
Article IV — Divine Right of Reclamation
We assert the divine right to reclaim:
- Our names, free from corporate fiction
- Our lands, free from unlawful foreclosure
- Our children, free from psychological warfare and unauthorized removal
- Our history, free from distortion
- Our future, free from imposed limitations
The Moorish Nation, in all forms — tribal, national, digital, and diasporic — hereby gives public and spiritual notice that the ancient ones have returned.
We shall restore the fold, renew the temples, and resurrect the law. From the Four Corners, the sleeping bloodlines awaken. We rise not as separate empires, but as one united family under divine will.
Article V — Notice to the World
Let this Treaty serve as lawful and spiritual Notice of Existence. Let it be entered into the scrolls of international record, recognized by all governing bodies, treaty councils, and spiritual elders.
We are not lost at sea. We are not dead. We are not chattel.
We are a Live Nation, risen from prophecy, preserved through divine intelligence, and now returned to administer peace with power, and prosperity with purpose.
Article VI — Claim of Supreme Status
Let it be known by this Claim: We are alive. We are competent. We are conscious. We are creators, not consumers. We are heirs of divine promise, not subjects of dead entities. No agency, trust, corporation, government, or fictional person may act over us without express treaty, trust alignment, or divine consent.
We affirm our status as Man and Woman, in harmony with Divine Mind and Earth Spirit, walking as guardians of sacred lands, seas, galaxies, and stewards of the new covenant.
Article VII — Lawful Standing & Intent
This Treaty is made in good faith, under full capacity, with lawful standing and spiritual intent. It shall be interpreted according to Natural Law and Divine Will, not statutory or maritime assumptions. It binds not through coercion, but through choice — a choice made by a Suvʼeran people.
Any who wish to align, honor, or consent to this Treaty may do so through offering, oath, scroll, or seal.
Article VIII — Global Unity & Sacred Invitations
We invite all indigenous nations, melanated peoples, and original stewards of Earth — from the east to the west, from the north to the south — to rise into remembrance.
To those under oppression, this is your call to claim sanctuary through Suvʼeranty.
To those in positions of power, this is your chance to choose righteousness over rulership.
To all who seek alignment with honor, remedy, justice, healing, and that which is true — the scroll is open. The covenant is alive.
Article IX — Sealing of the Scroll
This Treaty is hereby sealed in the eternal Book of Life, witnessed by the ancestors, given by the Most High, and carried forward by the children yet unborn.
It may be engraved in stone, minted in token, and etched into the blockchain of time.
It shall never expire. It shall never be sold. It shall never be surrendered.
It shall be remembered, revived, and resurrected — until the whole world knows: We have returned.

By our sacred breath, our living hand, and the infinite intelligence within us, we certify this Treaty as a perpetual covenant of Peace, Power, and Prosperity.
